摘  要:命题能力是教师进行教学评价、有效保证教-学-评一致性的关键能力。本研究在教师评价素养视域下探讨中学物理教师命题能力结构,通过探索性和验证性因子分析方法,得出其包含标准依照能力、试题开发能力、整卷统合能力、技术调用能力和理念把握能力五个构成要素,并阐释了各要素的内涵。在此基础上,提出从实践培育、专业支持及环境保障三个方面提升教师命题能力的培养策略,以期为提升中学教师命题能力提供有力抓手。Test-item development is a fundamental competency for teachers,essential for effective teaching assessments and ensuring alignment among teaching,learning,and assessment.This study explores the structure of test-item development capacity for high school physics teachers through the lens of teacher assessment literacy.Using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis,this study identifies the five components of this capacity:standard adherence capacity,question setting capacity,whole-test integration capacity,technical application capacity,and conceptual understanding capacity.Each component's connotation is explained in detail.Based on these findings,the study proposes training strategies for enhancing teachers'test-item development capacity through practical training,professional support,and conducive environments.These strategies aim to provide robust support for improving high school teachers'capacity in developing test items.
