摘　　要：分析了当前机械类专业高校教育在创新能力培养方面存在的问题,在多元协同育视域下,分别讨论了校内协同、校企协同、校地协同以及国际协同4种不同的人才创新能力培养模式,通过4种模式的协同并举,有助于高校机械类专业人才创新能力的培养。This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability in the education of mechanical majors.From the perspective of multiple collaborative education,this paper discusses four different training modes of talent innovation ability,namely,intra-school collaboration,school-enterprise collaboration,school-local collaboration and international collaboration.Through the collaboration of the four modes,it is helpful to cultivate the innovation ability of mechanical professionals in colleges and universities.
