摘  要:本科职业教育是职业教育发展的高层次阶段,具有以支撑产业发展为办学逻辑、以跨岗位复合能力为培养目标、以创新能力为可持续发展动能的基本特征,在发展中主要面临类型教育属性未能彰显、人才培养目标定位不够精准、校企合作模式缺乏创新等现实困境。为实现本科职业教育高质量发展,在实践中需要以实践逻辑为指引,坚守职教类型特色;以产业需求为导向,定位培养目标;以利益共享为驱动,创新校企合作。Undergraduate vocational education represents the advanced stage of vocational education development,characterized by the educational logic of supporting industrial development,the training goal of cross-position composite capabilities,and the driving force of sustainable development based on innovation capabilities.However,this type of education faces challenges such as the lack of clear educational attributes,imprecise positioning in talent cultivation,and a lack of innovative models in school-enterprise cooperation.In order to achieve high-quality development of undergraduate vocational education,it is necessary to adhere to the characteristics of the discipline with practical logic as a guide,align talent cultivation with industry demands,and innovate school-enterprise cooperation through shared benefits.
