摘　　要：习近平总书记关于加强和改进民族工作的重要思想具有深厚的历史逻辑、科学的理论逻辑、鲜明的实践逻辑。它既是对中华民族一以贯之的“大一统”思想与各民族同呼吸共命运团结奋斗史的继承与总结,也是中华传统文化与马克思主义中国化成果的时代精华,更是对新时代中华民族伟大复兴实践的科学回应。认真研究、准确把握、深刻领会这三个逻辑及其内在联系,有助于深化对其历史溯源、精神实质、实践要求的理解,增强各族人民共同的政治认同、思想认同、情感认同,谱写新时代中国特色社会主义民族工作新篇章。General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on strengthening and improving ethnic work embody a profound historical logic,a scientific theoretical logic,and a clear practical logic.These thoughts not only inherit and summarize the longstanding ideology of“great unity”and the history of solidarity and shared destiny among all ethnic groups in China,but also represent the essence of traditional Chinese culture and the adapting of Marxism to the Chinese context.Moreover,they offer a scientific response to the practice of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in the new era.Thorough research,accurate understanding,and deep comprehension of these three logics and their internal connections will help deepen the understanding of their historical origins,spiritual essence,and practical demands,and strengthen the common political,ideological,and emotional identity among all ethnic groups.This,in turn,will help write a new chapter in ethnic work under socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
