摘  要:教育家精神是教师职业精神的凝练,是培育“大国良师”的重要精神支柱和价值引领。教育家精神融入高校教师教育课程,需要在认知层面,厘清教育家精神的内涵特质和高校教师教育课程设计的特点;在价值层面,充分认识到其对建设社会主义教育强国、提高高校教师教育质量、培养教育家型教师的重要意义;在实践层面,优化高校教师教育课程结构,整合高校教师教育课程内容,创新高校教师教育课程教学方式方法,改革高校教师教育课程评价。Educator spirit is the condensed professional spirit of teachers,and it is an important spiritual pil lar and value guidance for cultivating“great teachers”.To integrate the educator spirit into the curriculum of col lege teacher education,it is necessary to clarify the connotation and characteristics of the educator spirit and the characteristics of the curriculum design of college teacher education.At the value level,we fully recognize its im portant significance for building a strong socialist education,improving the quality of college teachers'education and training educational-type teachers.In practice,optimize the structure of college teacher education curricu lum,integrate the content of college teacher education curriculum,innovate the teaching methods of college teacher education curriculum,and reform the evaluation of college teacher education curriculum.
