摘 要:目的探讨以问题为中心的教学方式(problem-based learning,PBL)结合网络资源教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师规范化培训中的应用。方法选取2018年9月至2022年9月在新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院耳鼻喉诊疗中心进行住院医师规范化培训的40名学生,分为两组。20级及21级的23名学生设为研究组,采用PBL结合网络资源教学方法;18级及19级的17名学生设为对照组,采用传统式教学法。培训后对学生进行理论考试、实践技能考试及满意度问卷调查。结果研究组学生的理论成绩为(89.13±3.45)分、实践技能成绩为(92.91±2.66)分及总成绩为(90.81±2.62)分,均高于对照组(85.71±4.37、89.94±2.33、87.94±2.47)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。满意度调查结果显示,研究组学生对教学方式的满意度,所学知识的掌握程度,学习兴趣的提高以及自学能力的提高均高于对照组。差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PBL结合网络资源教学法在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科住院医师规范化培训中可有效提高学生积极性及成绩。Objective To report outcomes of PBL combined with network resource teaching method in standardized otorhinolaryngologic residency training.Methods From September 2018 to September 2022,40 residents who underwent standardized otorhinolaryngology training at the People's Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region were included.Residents from the classes of 20 and 21(n=23)were selected as the study group and received PBL combined with network resource teaching,while the 17 residents from the classes of 18 and 19,who received traditional training,were used as the control group.The two groups were tested for their post-training knowledge and skills and completed a questionnaire survey.Results The scores of knowledge(89.13±3.45)and skills(92.91±2.66),as well as the total score(90.81±2.62)were all higher in the study group than in the control group(85.71±4.37,89.94±2.33 and 87.94±2.47,respectively)(P<0.05).Trainee satisfaction,mastery of knowledge,learning initiative and selfstudy ability were also better in the study group higher than in the control group in the questionnaire survey(P<0.05).Conclusion PBL combined with network resource teaching can improve trainees'learning enthusiasm and outcomes.
