摘 要:教师法治素养是新时代教师的必备素质,是依法执教的基石。教师法治素养就其构成而言,主要包括法律知识、法治意识、法治思维和法治能力四个维度。然而当前的教师法治素养不容乐观,主要体现为法律知识匮乏,教育法治意识淡薄和法治能力薄弱。为此,需要强化教师道德教育,以师德促守法,改革师范课程,加强法治教育,增强教师法治意识,培养教师法治思维,提升教师依法执教能力。Legal literacy is an essential quality for teachers in the new era and the cornerstone of teaching in accordance with the law.The composition of legal literacy for teachers mainly includes four dimensions:legal knowledge,legal awareness,legal thinking,and legal ability.However,the current state of teachers’legal literacy is not optimistic,primarily encouraging,manifesting in primarily as a lack of legal knowledge,weak awareness of educational law,and insufficient legal ability.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen teachers’moral education to promote compliance with the law through teacher ethics,reform teacher training courses,enhance legal education,increase teachers’legal awareness,cultivate teachers’legal thinking,and improve teachers’ability to teach in accordance with the law.
