摘　　要：数字经济时代给高等院校高水平复合型创新人才培养带来新的机遇和挑战。数字教育是实现高水平复合型创新人才培养目标的重要手段,这就要求高等院校从数字化教育向教育数字化全面转变。基于此,文章首先从掌握更加丰富的专业理论知识、具备更加良好的应用实践能力、科学融合数字技术和数字思维三个方面分析在高质量教育背景下,高水平复合型创新人才应有的培养要求,进而探讨高等院校数字化教育和教育数字化的探索与实践,并进一步提出高等院校实现教育数字化的各种有效措施,为高等院校推进数字教育提供理论借鉴。The era of digital economy brings new opportunities and challenges to the cultivation of the high-level compound innovative talents in colleges and universities.Digital education is an essential means to realize the goal of training high-level compound innovative talents.That means,colleges and u-niversities need to make a full shift from digitized education to digitalization of education.Based on this,the paper first analyzes the training requirements for high-level compound innovative talents in the con-text of high-quality education from three aspects:mastering richer professional theoretical knowledge,possessing better practical application abilities,and being able to effectively integrate digital technology and digital thinking.Then,this paper explores the exploration and practice of digitized education and digitization of education in colleges and universities.Finally,this paper further proposes various effective measures for colleges and universities to realize the digitization of education,so as to provide theoretical reference for colleges and universities to promote digital education.
