摘 要:现代学徒制是一种将传统培训与现代职业教育结合的新型育人模式,适应贵州“工业强省”战略要求,促进了贵州省经济社会的快速发展。现代学徒制在贵州省实践过程中也存在着因工业化水平低所导致的应用与推广受限、校企合作机制不完备、师傅选拔机制科学性不足等问题,为此,需要从推动产业结构转型、探索校企合作新模式,合作共建企业导师认定机制等措施入手,提高现代学徒制育人质量,实现贵州省“工业强省”战略目标。Modern apprenticeship is a new type of training mode combining traditional training and modern vocational education,which can meet the requirement of industrial development strategy in Guizhou province and promote the development of economy and society.While In the process of modern apprenticeship practice in Guizhou,there are some problems and difficulties,such as limited application and promotion due to the low level of industrialization,incomplete school-enterprise co-operation mechanism,and insufficient personnel selection mechanism,etc.For this reason,it is necessary to take corresponding measures to improve the implementation quality of modern apprenticeship,such as promoting the transformation of industrial structure,exploring the new mode of school-enterprise co-operation,and building enterprise mentor selection mechanism,so as to achieve the industrial development strategy of Guizhou province.
