摘  要:培育具有工匠精神的技术技能型人才是“双高计划”的核心目标,但当前针对职教学生的工匠精神培育突出职业化、就业型特征,导致职业院校培育工匠精神的实践成效不高、社会认可度低。将职业教育情境下的工匠精神重新界定为一种学习品质,即工匠型学习品质,以作为职业化工匠精神培育导向的有益补充。工匠型学习品质是职教学生在学校专业学习与实习实践过程中表现出来的专注、精益求精、坚韧、创新、负责任等学习倾向、习惯、风格、策略或智慧,具有热情、投入、调节等三个特征。将工匠型学习品质作为职业化工匠精神培养目标的重要制衡,构建多层次的工匠型学习品质培养模式,纳入职业教育评价体系,构建发展工匠型学习品质的职教文化氛围。The objective of high quality vocational college construction is to cultivate technical and skilled talents with craftsmanship spirit.However,the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit in vocational colleges is based on profession and employment,and students have no chance to practice craftsmanship spirit on campus.This essay proposes a new type of craftsmanship spirit which refers to the good learning quality in school education.Good learning qualities include focus,excellence,resilience,innovation,and responsibility,etc,with passion,dedication and moderation as the three main features.It is suggested that learning quality cultivation should be one of the objectives of profession-oriented craftsmanship spirit cultivation,and it should also be included in the vocational education evaluation system.
