摘 要:教育家精神是追求卓越、关怀人文、秉持高尚道德的教育理念和实践精神,是教育家在教育实践活动中经过长期积累而形成的精神特质与精神风貌。从科学内涵来看,教育家精神蕴含着心怀家国、以文载道的爱国和使命精神,言行垂范、笃行创新的引领和进取精神以及大爱无私、润泽心灵的关怀和奉献精神。从价值意蕴来看,教育家精神对落实立德树人根本任务、加快建设现代化教育强国、培养高素质教师队伍提供了根本遵循。从教育追求、教育实践和教育示范三方面去弘扬并践行教育家精神,有助于引导每位教师以教育家为榜样,追求教育真谛,培育道德情操,提升育人智慧,树立躬耕教坛的志向,以仁爱之心和弘道使命教书育人、培根铸魂。The spirit of educators is the educational philosophy and practice spirit of pursuing excellence,caring for humanity and upholding noble morality.It is the spiritual trait and style formed by educator's long-term accumulation in educational practice.From the perspective of scientific connotation,the spirit of educators contains the spirit of patriotism and mission with the home and country in mind,the spirit of imitation in words and deeds,the spirit of leading and enterprising in innovation,and the spirit of caring and dedication of great love and selflessness and nourishing the soul.From the perspective of value implication,the spirit of educators provides a fundamental basis for the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating morality,speeding up the construction of a modern education power,and training high-quality teachers.Carrying forward and practicing educator spirit from the three aspects of educational pursuit,educational practice and educational demonstration help to guide every teacher to follow the example of educators,pursue the true meaning of education,cultivate moral sentiment,improve the wisdom of education,establish the ambition of cultivating the teaching field,teach people with benevolence and grand mission,and cast the soul.
