摘 要:目的:探讨缺陷式情景模拟在急诊科护生心肺复苏教学中的应用效果。方法:按照随机数表法将2021年1月-12月在某医院急诊科实习的64名护生随机分为对照组(32例)和观察组(32例)。两组患者分别接受常规急诊科心肺复苏带教、基于缺陷式情景模拟教学的心肺复苏培训。评估并比较两组护生干预后的心肺复苏知识考核分、技能考核分、总考核分、岗位胜任力评分及批判性思维能力评分。结果:培训后观察组护生岗位胜任力水平、心肺复苏知识考核分、技能考核分、总考核分、评判性思维能力均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:缺陷式情景模拟法应用于急诊科护生心肺复苏教学中,可明显增强护生的岗位胜任力及批判性思维能力。Objective:To explore the effect of defect scenario simulation in teaching cardiopulmonary resuscitation in emergency department.Methods:In this study,64 nursing students who practiced in the hospital was randomly divided into control group(n=32)and observation group(n=32).Two groups of patients received routine emergency department cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching,cardiopulmonary resuscitation training based on defective scenario simulation teaching.Assess and compare the cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)knowledge assessment score,skill assessment score,total assessment score,job competency score and critical thinking ability score of nursing students in the two groups after the intervention.Results:The level of nursing students'job competence,CPR knowledge assessment score,skill assessment score,total assessment score,and critical thinking ability in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after training(P<0.05).Conclusion:Defective scenario simulation method applied in emergency department nursing students cardiopulmonary resuscitation teaching can significantly enhance the job competency and critical thinking ability of nursing students.
