摘　　要：校内实践教学是职业院校交通运输物流类专业课程的重要组成部分,随着行业现代化、智慧化的发展,课内实践教学实施不充分、停课实训内容设计不合理的问题凸显。以“适应现代化、智慧化的交通运输和物流服务型技术技能型人才”为人才培养目标,分析了行业发展的趋势,结合高职院校运输物流类专业的实际情况,提出了以数字化标准设计实践教学内容,构建适宜的实践教学条件标准,加强实践教学管理和教师能力提升的校内实践教学改革等实施路径。On-campus practical teaching is an important component of transportation and logistics courses in vocational colleges.With the development of industry modernization and intelligence,the problems of insufficient implementation of class practical teaching and unreasonable design of suspended training content have become prominent.This article takes“adapting to modern and intelligent transportation and logistics service-oriented technical and skilled talents”as the talent training goal,analyzes the trend of industry development,and combines with the actual situation of transportation and logistics majors in vocational colleges to propose implementation paths such as designing practical teaching content with digital standards,constructing suitable practical teaching conditions and standards,strengthening practical teaching management and teacher capacity improvement in campus practical teaching reform.
