教师教学能力提升路径探析——以河北北方学院酒店管理专业为例

摘  要:教学能力是教师在教学过程中所展现出的综合素质与专业技能,是提升教育质量和影响教学质量的关键。当前,河北北方学院酒店管理专业教学存在教学内容不够丰富、教学方式不够多样化、课堂互动氛围不够浓厚及行业实践经验缺乏等问题,对此提出丰富课堂教学内容、扩展教学方式、加强师生互动及增强行业实践经验等对策,以期为酒店管理专业教学提供理论参考。Teaching ability,which involves teachers’comprehensive quality and professional skills,is the key to the improvement of education and teaching quality.A case study of the major of hotel management of Hebei North University reveals such problems in the teaching process as the monotonous teaching content,the simple teaching method,the insufficient classroom interaction,and the inadequate practical experience.Some measures are suggested,such as enriching the teaching content and teaching methods,strengthening the interaction between teachers and students,and enhancing the practical experience,so as to provide theoretical reference for the teaching of the major of hotel management.
