摘  要:建立高脂血症大鼠模型,通过检测大鼠的血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平等指标研究竹酒的降血脂作用。结果表明,与高脂模型酒基对照组比较,各剂量组动物HDL-C和体重无显著性差异;高剂量组能显著性降低TC、TG和LDL-C含量(P<0.05),说明竹酒有助于维持大鼠血脂健康水平。We established a hyperlipidemia rat model to study the hypolipidemic effect of bamboo wine by detecting the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)in rats.The results showed that there was no significant difference in HDL-C and body weight in each dose group compared with the high-fat model alcohol-based control group.The contents of TC,TG and LDL-C in high dose group were significantly decreased(P<0.05).Which indicated that bamboo wine was helpful to maintain the healthy level of blood lipid in rats.
