摘 要:生物学实验中的误差主要分为系统误差、随机误差和过失误差。通过对2024年江西省学业水平选择性测试第17题的分析发现,其考查了微生物实验中的系统误差分析,即平板培养基的厚度、均匀度等均会导致实验结果误差。建议高中生物学教学应重视选择性必修教材中实验探究活动的落实,让学生在实践操作和反思过程中学会实验方法。Errors in biological experiments are mainly classified as systematic errors,random errors,and negligence errors.Through an analysis of Question 17 in the 2024 Jiangxi Province academic level selective test,it is found that the question examined the analysis of systematic errors in microbiological experiments,that is,the thickness and uniformity of agar plates can lead to errors in experimental results.It is recommended that senior high school biology teaching should pay attention to the implementation of experimental activities in optional required textbooks,to allow students to learn experimental methods through operations and reflection.
