摘 要:目的探讨贵阳市某三级传染病医院临床带教老师的岗位胜任力现状及影响因素,为提高临床医生带教老师质量提供指导建议。方法随机选取贵阳市公共卫生救治中心50名临床带教老师和112名临床实习生,调查各临床带教老师的岗位胜任力水平,并分析其可能的影响因素。结果临床带教老师岗位胜任力总均分为(3.88±0.81)分,其中专业知识理论与技能岗位胜任力得分最高(4.93±0.81)分,而科研思维能力得分最低(3.19±0.79)分。经单因素方差分析发现,带教老师的岗位胜任力得分差异与工龄、职称、带教年限、科室教学氛围和教学时间安排满意度有关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄无关(P>0.05)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,科室教学氛围和教学时间安排满意度是临床带教老师岗位胜任力的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论我院临床带教老师专业知识、临床技能水平较好,但在科研思维水平和带教方式的灵活性上需进一步提升。Objective To explore the current status and influencing factors of the job competency of clinical teaching teachers in a tertiary infectious disease hospital in Guiyang City,and provide guiding suggestions for improving the quality of clinicians'teaching teachers.Methods A random sampling method was used to select 50 clinical instructors and 112 clinical interns in a tertiary infectious disease hospital in Guiyang City from August 2022 to August 2023 as the study subjects to investigate the level of job competency of instructors and analyze their possible influencing factors.Results The total mean score of clinical teaching teachers'job competency was(3.88±0.81),with the highest score of professional knowledge theory and skills job competency(4.93±0.81)and the lowest score of scientific thinking ability(3.19±0.79).The t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis revealed that there were statistically significant differences in the job competency scores of the teaching faculty in relation to the length of service,title,number of years of teaching experience,and satisfaction with the teaching atmosphere and teaching schedule in the department(P<0.05).There were no statistically significant differences with gender and age(P>0.05).The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that departmental teaching atmosphere and satisfaction with teaching schedule were the main factors influencing clinical instructors'job competence,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The professional knowledge and clinical skills of clinical teaching teachers in our hospital are good,but they need to be further improved in the level of scientific thinking and the flexible way of teaching.
