摘　　要：智慧教育作为教育信息化发展的高端形态,契合教育数字化转型的发展目标,已经成为世界各国教育和全社会共同关注的话题,而全球智慧教育大会为开展智慧教育交流与合作搭建了重要平台。文章基于2024全球智慧教育大会上各专家、学者的主要观点,探讨了智慧教育在加快教育数字化变革方面所起的重要作用,从全过程、全领域、全要素数字化转型促进人的全面发展,形成可持续的智慧教育生态,以及科教融汇、产教融合支撑智慧教育创新等方面,描绘了智慧教育理想蓝图,并提出支撑智慧教育创新实践的关键路径,以推动智慧教育在全球范围内的有效实践,加强国际理解和国际传播,促进教育变革与创新。Smart education,as an advanced form of education informatization development,conforms to the development goals of educational digital transformation,has also become a topic of common concern of all countries of the word of education and the whole society,and the Global Smart Education Conference has built an important platform for the exchange and cooperation of the launch of smart education.Based on the main viewpoints of experts and scholars at the Global Smart Education Conference 2024,this paper discussed the important role of smart education in accelerating the reform of education digitization.Meanwhile,the ideal blueprint of smart education was described from the aspects of promoting comprehensive development of human beings through the whole process,all-field,and all-factor digital transformation,the formation of a sustainable smart education ecology,the integration of science and education,the integration of industry and education to support smart education innovation.In addition,the key paths to support smart education innovation practice were proposed,in order to promote the effective practice of smart education on a global scale,strengthen international understanding and dissemination,and promote educational reform and innovation.
