摘  要:重视学习者的学习体验,是MOOC课程高质量发展的关键。对学习者的评论数据进行数据挖掘和情感分析,可以揭示在线课程质量的影响因素,为在线课程建设和发展提供依据。为探究MOOC课程如何通过自我良性循环实现高质量发展的问题,文章尝试引入“飞轮效应”理论,寻找MOOC课程发展的影响因素及其作用机理:首先,以MOOC平台上的19门“现代教育技术”公修课为例,对课程中学习者的评论数据进行文本分析,萃取出课程设计、课程讲授、课程内容、课程教师、课程绩效、课程平台六个MOOC课程高质量发展影响因素;接着,通过重要度计算、满意度计算和IPA模型分析,量化了各因素对MOOC课程质量的影响程度;最后,构建了涵盖六个影响因素的三力协同机制(即课程吸引力是飞轮效应的核心动力、教师领导力能强化飞轮的转动效能、学习者学习力可保持飞轮的稳定运转),来诱发MOOC课程高质量发展的飞轮效应。文章的研究,可为教育数字化转型期如何高质量建设和运行MOOC课程提供理论阐释与路径参照。Paying attention to learners’learning experience is the key to the high-quality development of MOOC courses.The data mining and sentiment analysis of learners’comment data can reveal the factors influencing the quality of online courses and provide a basis for the construction and development of online courses.In order to explore the question of how MOOC courses can realize high-quality development through self-virtuous cycle,this paper tried to introduce the“flywheel effect”theory to find out the factors influencing the development of MOOC courses and its action mechanism.Firstly,taking the 19 public courses of“Modern Educational Technology”on the MOOC platform as an example,this paper carried out text analysis on learners’comment data in these courses,and extracted six factors influencing the high-quality development of MOOC courses,including course design,course teaching,course content,course teachers,course performance,and course platform.Then,the influence degree of each factor on the quality of the MOOC courses was quantified through importance calculation,satisfaction calculation and importance-performance analysis(IPA)model.Finally,a three-force synergistic mechanism covering six influencing factors(that was,course attractiveness was the core driving force of the flywheel effect,teachers’leadership strengthened the rotational efficacy of the flywheel,and learners’learning power maintained the stable operation of flywheel)was constructed,which was to induce the flywheel effect of the high-quality development of MOOC courses.The research of this paper can provide theoretical explanation and path reference for how to build and run MOOC courses with high quality during the period of digital transformation of education.
