摘 要:建设一支高素质的专业教师队伍,是新时代高职教育高质量发展的必要条件,需要精准定位高职教师专业发展的核心内涵:聚焦理智维度、情感维度和主体维度,引导高职教师成为课程与教学方法的创新者,师生互动与情感价值的引导者,提高自身综合素质的专业者。然而,当前高职教师专业发展依然面临着一些现实困境:内生动力不足,缺乏自主发展积极性;供需矛盾突出,缺乏个性化培养模式;制度体系不完善,专业素质发展遇瓶颈。作为一个兼具动态性、持续性和系统性的复杂过程,高职教师专业发展的实践进路在于:激发内生动力,凸显专业发展主体;搭建培训平台,提升专业发展素养;健全制度体系,优化专业发展环境。Building a high-quality professional faculty is a necessary condition for the high-quality development of higher vocational education in the new era.It is necessary to accurately define the core connotation of the professional development of higher vocational teachers:focusing on the rational dimension,emotional dimension and subjective dimension,guiding higher vocational teachers to become the innovators of curricula and teaching methodologies,the guides in teacher-student interactions and emotional values,and the professionals to improve their own comprehensive quality.At present,however,the professional development of higher vocational teachers is still facing some realistic predicaments:insufficient endogenous motivation,lack of enthusiasm for independent development,prominent contradiction between supply and demand,lack of personalized training mode,imperfect system,and professional quality development bottleneck.As a complex process with dynamics,continuity and systematicity,professional development of higher vocational teachers should find its way forward by stimulating endogenous motivation to highlight the main body of professional development,building a training platform to enhance professional development qualities,and improving the institutional system to optimize the environment for professional development.
