以教育家精神为引领,强化高素质教师队伍建设——以北京开放大学为例

摘　　要：文章依据习近平总书记关于教育强国建设的重要论述,聚焦教育家精神的内涵价值,探讨开放教育领域中高素质教师队伍建设的实践。以北京开放大学教师队伍建设的创新实践为例,分析了教育家精神在师德师风建设、考核评价方法优化、培养体系构建和绩效奖励改革等方面的引领作用。研究表明,坚持党的领导、完善制度建设、注重能力提升和推动改革创新是教师队伍建设的关键要素,为开放教育领域的教师队伍建设提供了有益参考。Based on General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on the construction of an education power,this paper focuses on the values of the spirit of educators,and discusses the practice of high-quality teaching staff construction in open education.Illustrated by the innovative practice of Beijing Open University,this paper analyzes the leading role of educators in their professional ethics and conduct,the optimization of evaluation methods,the construction of training system,and the reform of performance reward.Research shows that adhering to the leadership of the Party,improving institutional construction,paying attention to ability improvement,and promoting reform and innovation are the key elements of teaching staff construction.The findings of the paper will provide useful references for the construction of teachers in open education.
