摘 要:目的 通过对公共卫生硕士(master of public health, MPH)学生校外不同实践时长的专业实践培养教育现状进行需求调查,分析不同实践时长MPH培养过程中的关键需求,为构建校外实践培养体系提供依据。方法 2023年4月采用自编问卷对某校外实践基地全日制在读MPH的培养需求进行普查,运用SPSS 26.0软件进行数据描述统计分析,选择方差分析对不同实践时长的实践培养需求进行统计检验。结果 本次共调查115人,调查结果显示,实践需求程度(F=3.463,P=0.019)、核心能力培养需求程度(F=3.469,P=0.019)和科研训练需求程度(F=3.576,P=0.016)在实践时长方面差异有统计学意义。对不同实践时长的MPH课程基本需求的重要性认同,差异无统计学意义(F=0.993,P=0.399)。在课程需求程度维度中,只有课程内容需求中的“职业素养知识”在实践时长方面差异有统计学意义(F=4.041,P=0.009)。结论 MPH培养过程中,应建立完善的课程体系,课程设置要突出实践性。针对不同实践时长的MPH,科学构建实践培养体系,应根据MPH学生的学习目标和研究方向特点设置不同实践时长的课程内容和要求,培养能力多样化的公共卫生专业型人才。Objective To identify key requirements in the training process of master of public health(MPH)students with different practice durations through investigating the educational demands for practice outside school of MPH students with different practice durations,so as to provide a basis for constructing practice outside school training system.Methods In April 2023,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigat the training demands of full-time MPH students for practice outside school.Descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 software,and ANOVA was employed for statistical test to examine the training demands across different practice durations.Results A total of 115 people were investigateed.The results showed that there were statistically significant differences in terms of various demands of practice duration(F=3.463,P=0.019),core competence training(F=3.469,P=0.019)and scientific research training(F=3.576,P=0.016).However,there was no statistically significant difference in the recognition of the importance of basic demands of MPH courses with different practice durations(F=0.993,P=0.399).In the dimension of the degree of curriculum content demand,only in terms of the"Professional literacy knowledge"in the course content demand had a statistically significant difference based on practice duration(F=4.041,P=0.009).Conclusion In the MPH training process,a comprehensive curriculum system should be established,curriculum should emphasize the practicality.The practice training system should be scientifically tailored to accommodate different practice durations.The curriculum content and requirements should align with the specific learning objectives and research directions of MPH students,cultivating public health professionals with diverse abilities.
