摘  要:继续教育的教学对象是成年人学习群体,成年人的生理特点、心理状况以及工作经验和生活阅历等决定了其学习行为具有经验基础性、问题导向性、自我实现性、快乐学习、主动学习和体验学习等六个特点,即成年人的学习是以经验为基础的主动学习、以问题为中心的体验学习和以自我实现为目标的快乐学习。基于成年人学习特点,在继续教育实践中设计相应的教学内容和教学方法,以改进继续教育教学,提高继续教育教学质量。The teaching object of continuing education is adult learning group.The physiological characteristics,psychological status,work and life experience of adults determine that their learning behavior has six characteristics of experience-based,problem-oriented,self-realization,happy learning,active learning and experiential learning.In other words,adult learning is experience-based active learning,problem-centered experiential learning and happy learning with self-realization as the goal.Based on the characteristics of adult learning,the corresponding teaching content and teaching methods are designed in the practice of continuing education to improve the teaching of continuing education and improve the teaching quality of continuing education.
