后职业发展:构建高质量老年教育体系的逻辑路向

摘　　要：基于积极老龄化理念,响应党的二十大报告提出的“建设高质量教育体系”号召,老年人“后职业发展”应该成为构建高质量老年教育体系的路向指引,进而发挥延伸老年人职业生涯、释放老年人力资本、增进社会民生福祉的多重功能。“后职业发展”型高质量老年教育体系的核心要素包括重点目标、主要内涵、基本原则及运行机制。构建“后职业发展”型高质量老年教育体系,需要树立“增权赋能”老年教育理念,探索“职老贯通”老年教育融合发展模式,丰富老年人“求职创业”类特色课程资源,开展促进老年人内倾性成长的教育质量评价。In response to the call of“building a high-quality education system”put forward in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the“post-career development”of the elderly should become the direction of building a high-quality education system for the elderly on the basis of the concept of active aging,so as to play the multiple functions of extending the career of the elderly,releasing the human capital of the elderly,and expanding the well-being of the people’s livelihood.The core elements of the high-quality education system for the elderly of the“post-career development”include key objectives,main connotations,basic principles and operating mechanisms.In order to construct a high-quality education system for the elderly of the“post-career development”,it is necessary to establish a“empowerment”education concept for the elderly,explore the integrated development mode of“vocational and senior integration”education for the elderly,enrich the featured course resources of“job-seeking and entrepreneurship”for the elderly,and implement the education quality evaluation to promote the introverted growth of the elderly.
