摘　　要：生物化学是在分子角度揭示生命现象和过程,是护理学专业必修的一门学科基础课。自新高考改革以来,本科院校护理专业学生在高中选修化学的比例逐年降低,导致学生的生物和化学背景知识薄弱,给教学带来新的挑战。地方本科院校在教育教学中具有地域特色,研究以某地方高等院校的生物化学课程思政教学为例,结合应用型人才培养目标,形成了以“一个任务,二个中心,三个联系,五个结合”为特色的护理专业生物化学课程思政教学模式,为地方本科院校护理学专业生物化学课程教学提供一定的参考。Biochemistry,which reveals life processes from a molecular perspective,is a required basic course for nursing majors.Since the reform of the new college entrance examination,the proportion of nursing majors in undergraduate universities taking chemistry in high school has been decreasing year by year,and their background knowledge of biology and chemistry is weak,which brings new challenges to teaching.Local undergraduate universities have regional characteristics in education and teaching.Combined with school’s applied talent cultivation goals,the study takes the example of Biochemistry teaching in a local institution of higher education.The ideology and political teaching of the nursing Biochemistry course is reformed and practiced.The teaching mode of nursing Biochemistry course with“one task,two centers,three links and five combinations”is formed,which may provide some reference for the teaching of Biochemistry in local undergraduate universities.
