摘 要:目的探究在以岗位胜任力为导向下临床医学专业学生实践教学质量评价指标体系,为培养临床医学人才、考核评价指标提供依据。方法选取2022年10月—2023年10月中国医科大学临床医学专业55名学生,将其分为对照组(27名)和观察组(28名)。其中,对照组学生遵循传统的教育方法进行学习,实验组则采用以临床岗位胜任力为驱动的教学模式。教学结束后进行理论和技能考核,分析教学效果,并构建教学评价指标体系。结果比较两组学生的学习成绩,观察组学生明显高于对照组学生(P<0.05)。观察组学生的岗位胜任力理论应用、实践技能等要优于实习前,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过构建实践教学质量评价指标体系,纳入3个一级指标、9个二级指标和18个三级指标,能够全方位涵盖临床医学专业学生实践教学质量评价指标体系,作为判断学生岗位胜任力的有力指标。结论以岗位胜任力能力为导向开展医学专业学生实践教学,能够有效提高学生的学习成绩。Objective To explore evaluation index system of practical teaching quality for clinical medical students under guidance of post competence,and provide basis for cultivation of clinical medical talents and evaluation indicators.Methods The paper chose 55 clinical medicine students in China Medical University from October 2022 to October 2023,and divided them into groups,with 27 cases in control group and 28 cases in observation group.Control group was treated with traditional educational learning methods,while experimental group with teaching model driven by clinical post competence.After teaching,theory and skills were assessed,teaching effect was analyzed,and teaching evaluation index system was constructed.Results Comparison showed,academic performance in observation group was significantly better than control group(P<0.05).Observation group had better theoretical application and practical skills in post competence than before internship,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Based on constructing a quality evaluation index system for practical teaching,including three first level indicators,nine second level indicators and 18 third level indicators,it was possible to cover quality evaluation index system for practical teaching of clinical medical students comprehensively,which could be favorable indicators for judging post competence.Conclusion Practical teaching based on post competency can improve academic performance of medical students effectively.
