摘  要:构建高职院校心理健康教育专业人才培养模式,有利于满足社会对心理健康人才的需求。基于核心素养视角,高职院校构建心理健康教育专业人才培养模式应从教育目标的确立、课程设置的优化、实践环节的安排、师资队伍的建设、教学评价的完善、微格教学技术的引入等方面着手,解决高职心理健康教育专业人才培养综合素养不足、实践能力欠缺、跨学科整合有待加强、实践机会有限等问题,为社会输送更多高素质心理健康人才。Constructing a talent cultivation model for mental health education majors in vocational colleges is conducive to meeting the social demand for mental health talents.Based on the perspective of core competencies,the construction of a talent cultivation model for mental health education in vocational colleges should start from the establishment of educational goals,optimization of curriculum design,arrangement of practical links,construction of teaching staff,improvement of teaching evaluation,and introduction of micro teaching technology.This will solve the problems of insufficient comprehensive literacy,lack of practical ability,need to strengthen interdisciplinary integration,and limited practical opportunities in the cultivation of mental health education professionals in vocational colleges,and provide more high-quality mental health talents for society.
