摘　　要：高校学生干部是学生中的骨干和先进分子,其在高校思想建设、组织建设、学风建设、制度建设中都起着表率作用。高校学生干部素质提升有助于优化学校管理与学生服务,提高学生群体的综合素质,增强学生干部自我发展能力。针对高校学生干部政治敏锐性不足、能力结构不均衡、团队合作精神有待提高、忽视自我修养、心理素质有待加强等问题,高校应加强思想政治教育,提供实践锻炼机会,强化学生干部团队协作能力,注重学生干部自我修养,以全面提升学生干部的综合素质。College student cadres are the backbone and advanced elements among students,and their universities play a leading role in ideological construction,organizational construction,academic atmosphere construction,and institutional construction.The improvement of the quality of college student cadres helps optimize school management and student services,enhance the comprehensive quality of student groups,and strengthen the self-development ability of student cadres.In response to the problems of insufficient political sensitivity,uneven ability structure,need for improvement in teamwork spirit,neglect of self-cultivation,and need to strengthen psychological quality among college student cadres,universities should strengthen ideological and political education,provide practical training opportunities,enhance student cadres teamwork ability,and focus on self-cultivation to comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of student cadres.
