摘  要:TurboFlow在线净化是一种结合涡流扩散、体积排阻及化学作用原理的在线样品纯化技术,具有自动化程度高、操作步骤少、实验误差小以及试剂使用量小等优点,与液相色谱-串联质谱(Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)联合使用,不仅能简化样品前处理步骤,还能实现对目标化合物的高灵敏度、高准确度和高通量的检测,被广泛应用于食品安全检验领域。本文介绍TurboFlow在线净化-液相色谱-串联质谱(TurboFlow Online Cleanup-Liquid Chromatography-Tandem Mass Spectrometry,TF-LC-MS/MS)技术的原理和优势,讨论该技术在食品安全检测中的应用,旨在进一步提高食品安全检验能力,助力食品安全监管。TurboFlow online cleanup is a combination of vortex diffusion,volume exclusion and chemical principles of online sample purification technology,with a high degree of automation,fewer operating steps,small experimental error,small reagent use,etc.Combined with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LCMS/MS),it can not only simplify the sample pretreatment steps,but also achieve high sensitivity,high accuracy and high throughput detection of the target compound.It is widely used in the field of food safety inspection.This paper introduces the principle and advantages of TurboFlow online cleanup-liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(TF-LC-MS/MS)technology,and discusses its application in food safety detection.It aims to further improve food safety inspection capabilities and help food safety supervision.
