摘 要:目的 分析在临床教学中实施心电图板块实训结合讨论式教学的效果。方法 选取2022年6月—2023年6月在本院实习的80名临床实习生为研究对象,并按照盲选随机法分为对照组和观察组,每组40名。其中,对照组实施常规教学,观察组实施心电图板块实训结合讨论式教学,对两组实习生在心电图知识掌握、心电图解读能力以及结合病例分析方面的成绩进行比较;同时,评估两组实习生对心电图教学的兴趣差异,以及他们对教学成效的满意程度。结果 观察组实习生电图考核知识、心电图阅读以及结合病例分析成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。而在两组实习生的心电图教学兴趣对比上,观察组的心电图阅读兴趣、独立分析心电图能力、自学水平等教学兴趣显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。在满意度的对比上,观察组实习生满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 在临床教学中实施心电图板块实训结合讨论式教学的效果较好,可提高实习生对心电图的理论知识和阅读分析能力,有利于对心电图知识掌握透彻,利于学生提高学习兴趣,利于实习生发挥主观能动性,培养持续学习的积极动力,将心电图学习更加深入,为临床打造综合性高的医护人才,教学效果满意度高,教学氛围良好。Objective To analyze effect of electrocardiogram training combined with discussion based teaching in clinical teaching.Methods The paper chose 80 clinical interns from June 2022 to June 2023 as research subjects,and divided them into control group and observation group according to blind random selection principle,with 40 cases in each group,treated with routine teaching and electrocardiogram training combined with discussion based teaching respectively.Electrocardiogram assessment knowledge,electrocardiogram reading,and combined case analysis scores were compared between two groups.Electrocardiogram teaching interests were compared between two groups,and satisfaction degree with teaching effect was compared.Results Observation group had higher scores in electrocardiogram assessment knowledge,electrocardiogram reading,and combined case analysis than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Comparison showed,observation group had significantly higher teaching interests in electrocardiogram reading,independent analysis of electrocardiogram ability,and self-learning level than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Satisfaction degree of observation group was significantly higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Electrocardiogram training combined with discussion based teaching can achieve good effect in clinical teaching,can improve theoretical knowledge and reading analysis ability of electrocardiogram,and facilitate thorough grasp of electrocardiogram knowledge of interns.High teaching interest can help interns exert subjective initiative,cultivate positive motivation for continuous learning,deepen electrocardiogram learning,and creat comprehensive medical talents for clinical practice,and achieve high satisfaction degree of teaching effect and good teaching atmosphere.
