摘 要:目的观察人工智能(artificial intelligence,AI)软件在运动系统示教课中工作中的应用情况。方法选取2020年9月—2021年6月的80名重庆医科大学第一临床学院临床医学专业学生,根据是否使用AI软件及其教学模式辅助教学,采取数字随机法随机分为AI组(n=40)以及传统教学组(n=40)。通过测试比较2组的理论成绩、读片成绩、实践操作成绩,并通过问卷调查来评估2组学生对教师的教学满意度。结果AI组的理论成绩为(93.93±3.18)分、读片成绩为(47.25±2.02)分、实践操作成绩为(47.33±1.94)分,均高于传统教学组[(86.53±10.52)分、(39.70±10.13)分和(41.58±7.55)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AI组的教学满意度为95.00%,高于传统教学组的50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在运动系统示教课中,AI可以帮助学生有效掌握理论知识,识别典型疾病的影像信息,熟练掌握与规范操作实践,有助于提高教学体验与效果。Objective To observe the application of artificial intelligence software in teaching class of the kinematic system.Methods From September 2020 to June 2021,a total of 80 students of the First College of Chongqing Medical University were selected and randomly divided into AI group(n=40)and traditional teaching group(n=40)according to whether they were assisted by artificial intelligence software.The theoretical scores,imaging reading scores and operation scores of the two groups were compared through tests,the imaging reading scores,operation scores,and the evaluation of teaching satisfaction the two groups were compared through questionnaires.Results In the AI group,the theoretical scores was(93.93±3.18)points,imaging reading scores was(47.25±2.02)points,and operation scores was(47.33±1.94)points,which were higher than those of the traditional teaching group[(86.53±10.52)points,(39.70±10.13)points and(41.58±7.55)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of AI group was 95.00%,higher than that of traditional teaching group(50.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the teaching of the kinematic system,artificial intelligence could help students effectively master theoretical knowledge,identify images of typical cases,master and standardize operation practices,and help improve the teaching experience and effects.
