摘 要:由于新生儿复苏是一项紧急治疗措施,学员很难直接参与抢救全过程,给临床实践教学带来一定困难,导致理论教学和临床实践不能很好地结合。在当前复杂的医疗环境和追求更高级别安全的医疗愿景下,现有临床教学模式已无法满足教学需求。将情景模拟教学引入新生儿复苏规范化培训中,对提升学员的临床核心胜任力及改善培训质量和效果具有切实的意义。文章从新的医疗环境下教学模式改革的必要性、情景模拟教学在新生儿复苏培训中的有益尝试以及在运行过程中存在的问题和对策进行阐述和分析,以期进一步提高教学质量,为情景模拟教学在高质量临床培训中的应用奠定基础。情景模拟教学的普及对于提升整体医疗水平具有积极作用,能够助力构建一个持续改进的良性循环。As neonatal resuscitation is an emergency treatment measure,it is difficult for students to directly participate in the whole process of rescue,which brings certain difficulties to clinical practice teaching,resulting in a poor combination of theoretical teaching and clinical practice.In the complex healthcare environment and the pursuit of higher levels of patient safety,current clinical teaching mode is no longer sufficient to meet the demands of teaching.The application of scenario simulation education in neonatal resuscitation training has practical significance to improve the quality and effect of training.This paper expounds and analyzes the necessity of teaching model reform under the new medical environment,the beneficial attempt of scenario simulation teaching in neonatal resuscitation training,and the problems and countermeasures in the operation process,with a view to further improving the teaching quality,laying a foundation for the application of scenario simulation teaching in high-quality clinical training.The widespread adoption of situational simulation teaching significantly contributes to enhancing the overall quality of medical level,fostering a virtuous cycle geared towards continuous improvement.
