摘  要:目的探讨将以问题为基础的教学法(problembased learning,PBL)联合情景模拟在消化内科护理实习带教的应用,以达到提升护生综合能力目的。方法选取2020年7月—2022年1月在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院消化内科实习的82名本科护生(2017—2018级),随机分为试验组(n=42)和对照组(n=40)。试验组采用PBL教学法联合情景模拟,对照组采用传统带教方法。比较2组的综合能力(包括基础理论知识、护理技能操作和人文素质)、批判性思维能力[批判性思维能力测量表-中文版(criticalthinkingdisposition inventory-Chinese version,CTDI-CV)]及教学满意度。结果试验组的综合能力总分为(89.80±1.54)分,批判性思维能力总分为(343.36±5.10)分,均高于对照组的总分[(81.36±5.08)分、(299.90±5.84)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的教学满意度(92.86%)高于对照组(87.50%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在实习阶段使用PBL联合情景模拟教学法,能够提高护生的综合能力,增强护生批判性思维能力,提高教学满意度。Objective To explore the application of PBL combined with situational simulation in nursing practice teaching of digestive medicine,so as to improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students.Methods A total of 82 nursing interns who had internship in the department of gastroenterology of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University from July 2020 to January 2022 were selected in the study.They were randomly divided into experimental group(n=42)and control group(n=40).The PBL combined with scenario simulation was applied in the experimental group,and the traditional clinical teaching methods was used in the control group.After clinical teaching,the comprehensive ability(including basic theoretical knowledge,nursing skill operation and humanistic quality),critical thinking abi lity(critical thinking dispos ition inventory-Chinese version scale)and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of nursing students were compared.Results The total scores of comprehensive ability of experimental group was(89.80±1.54)points,the total scores of critical thinking ability was(343.36±5.10)points,which were higher than those of the control group[(81.36±5.08)points,(299.90±5.84)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of experimental group(92.86%)were higher than control group(87.50%),and the difference was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of PBL combined with scenario simulation teaching in clinical practice can improve the comprehensive ability of nursing students,enhance their critical thinking ability and improve their satisfaction with teaching.
