摘　　要：目的探讨以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)结合案例教学法(cased-based learning,CBL)对专科医生培训的作用及意义。方法对从事儿童生长发育疾病诊疗的53名专科医生进行培训,采用自身对照研究,比较2016年10月—2022年10月参加深圳市儿童医院内分泌科PBL联合CBL教学法工作坊培训前后的临床能力及学习能力。结果参加培训后,学员的自学能力[(5.96±0.39)分vs.(7.90±0.36)分]、文献检索能力[(5.25±0.92)分vs.(7.32±0.70)分]、医患沟通能力[(5.13±0.72)分vs.(7.74±0.69)分]和临床思维能力[(5.60±0.98)分vs.(7.32±0.70)分]均有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用PBL联合CBL教学法在加强专科医生的培训效果方面有显著优势,为提高内分泌专科医师培训质量提供了新的思路和方法。Objective To discuss the effect of problembased learning(PBL)combined with cased-based learning(CBL)teaching method in the training of pediatric specialist.Methods The training was conducted for 53 specialists engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of children's growth and development diseases.A self-controlled study was used to compare the clinical ability and learning ability before and after the PBL combined with CBL teaching method workshop training in the department of endocrinology of Shenzhen Children's Hospital from October 2016 to October 2022.Results After the PBL combined with CBL teaching method workshop training,the scores of self-study ability[(5.96±0.39)points vs.(7.90±0.36)points],document retrieval ability[(5.25±0.92)points vs.(7.32±0.70)points],doctorpatient communication ability[(5.13±0.72)points vs.(7.74±0.69)points]and clinical thinking ability[(5.60±0.98)points vs.(7.32±0.70)points]had improved,the difference ware statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of PBL combined with CBL teaching method has obvious effect on strengthening the training of specialists,and provides a new idea and method for improving the training quality of endocrinology specialists.
