摘 要:目的分析在普通外科教学中使用案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合以问题为基础的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)的教学效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月在浙江大学医学院附属第二医院普外科的40名临床实习生为研究对象,随机数字表法均分为对照组与观察组,各20名学生。对照组采用常规教学,观察组采用CBL联合PBL教学法进行教学,比较2组学生实习期结束的整体成绩及对教学的满意度。结果观察组的理论成绩为(28.95±0.98)分,临床操作成绩为(68.24±1.04)分,均高于对照组[(23.57±1.35)分和(64.28±1.16)分],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的教学满意度为100.00%,高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在普外科临床教学中应用CBL联合PBL教学法,可有效提高学生的成绩和满意度,增加学习积极性。Objective This paper analyzes the teaching effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method in general surgery teaching.Methods A total of 40 clinical interns in the department of general surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 20 interns in each group.The control group was taught by conventional teaching,while the observation group was taught by case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)teaching method.The overall performance and teaching satisfaction of students in the two groups were compared at the end of internship.Results In the observation group,the theoretical scores was(28.95±0.98)points,and clinical scores was(68.24±1.04)points,were higher than those of the control group[(23.57±1.35)points and(64.28±1.16)points],and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of observation group was 100.00%,higher than control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CBL combined with PBL teaching method in clinical teaching of general surgery can effectively improve students’performance and the satisfaction with teaching,increase their learning enthusiasm.
