新时代思政视角下对实习生医学人文教育的思考与路径探索

摘　　要：在新时代思政视角下加强医学人文教育是医学生培养的关键环节。新时代医学人文教育要牢牢把握思政的导向性原则,做好思政教育的重要落脚点。地市级医院在新时代思政视角下对实习生开展医学人文教育,通常面临着院校直接支撑基础不足、师资思政与人文引导能力薄弱、教学活动缺乏思政与人文元素、医学实习生共情能力不强等诸多难点。地市级医院要加强院校联动协同,强化师资培训,将思政与人文元素融于教学活动中,以叙事医学提升实习生的共情能力。地市级医院应积极探索在新时代思政视角下加强医学人文教育的实施路径,引领医学生不断成长、积极成才,在新时代新征程中守护好人民的“健康之路”。In the new era,strengthening medical humanities education from the perspective of ideological-political education is a key link in the cultivation of medical students.Medical humanities education must firmly grasp the guiding principles of ideological‒political education and serve as an important foothold for such education.Municipal hospitals,when conducting medical humanities education for interns from the ideological-political education perspective,often face many challenges,such as insufficient direct support from medical colleges,weak ideological-political and medical humanities guidance capabilities of faculty,lack of ideological‒political and humanities elements in teaching activities,and weak empathy among medical interns.Municipal hospitals need to strengthen collaboration with medical colleges,enhance faculty training,integrate ideological-political and humanities elements into teaching activities,and improve the empathy of interns through narrative medicine.Municipal hospitals should actively explore implementation pathways in response to difficulties,guide medical interns to grow and succeed continuously,and safeguard the"pathway to health"for the people on the new journey of the new era.
