摘　　要：随着我国综合国力和海外影响力的提高,来华学习临床医学专业的海外学生逐年增多,而现阶段来华留学生的临床阶段医学教育水平参差不齐。这既不利于我国医学的对外交流,也不利于提高我国医学的海外影响力。做好来华留学生临床阶段医学教育日益紧迫。文章探讨了海外留学生心脏大血管外科临床教学的特殊性和重要性及其对我国海外医学教育体系提出的挑战。重点分析了临床教学中存在的语言障碍、留学生的文化适应性较差、师生的文化差异以及临床教师外语水平和教学能力的不足对教学质量的影响,提出了改进措施。通过比较传统教学模式和多元化教学模式,提出了针对性改进措施,以提高教学效果。这些建议旨在提升来华留学生的学习体验和培养质量,展示我国临床医学教育的水平和综合实力。With the enhancement of China's comprehensive national strength and overseas influence,the number of overseas students coming to China for studying clinical medicine has been escalating year by year.Currently,the standard of medical education in the clinical stage for international students in China varies.This is not beneficial for the foreign exchange of Chinese medicine,nor does it contribute to enhancing the overseas influence of Chinese medicine.There is an increasingly urgent need to do a satisfactory job in the medical education of international students in the clinical stage in China.This article investigates the particularity and significance of clinical teaching in cardiac and vascular surgery for international students and the challenges it poses to China's overseas medical education system.It focuses on analyzing the impact of language barriers in clinical teaching,the poor cultural adaptability of international students,cultural differences between teachers and students,and the insufficient foreign language proficiency and teaching ability of clinical teachers on teaching quality,and proposes improvement measures.By comparing the traditional teaching mode with the diversified teaching mode,targeted improvement measures are put forward to enhance the teaching effect.These suggestions aim to improve the learning experience and training quality of international students in China and demonstrate the level and comprehensive strength of clinical medical education in China.
