摘 要:肝胆肿瘤的病理诊断和鉴别诊断是临床病理教学工作的重点和难点集中的领域。其中肝胆肿瘤的免疫组化教学是消化系统病理教学的重要组成部分,是肝胆专科病理教学的重点授课内容,也是病理医师经过全科执业医师规范化培训、在掌握一定组织形态学诊断基础上进行的必要的继续医学教育。文章强调加深学员对免疫组化技术认识的必要性,从肝细胞分化的免疫组化标记到临床常见的肝胆良恶性占位性病变的组化特征及其相互间鉴别诊断的要点入手,探索总结出了一套行之有效的对比记忆教学模式和方法,以期短期内提高学员及临床病理工作者的免疫组化应用理论水平和肝胆疾病的外科病理诊断思路。The pathological diagnosis and differential diagnosis of hepatobiliary tumor is the focus and difficulty of clinical pathology teaching.Among them,the immunohistochemistry teaching of the hepatobiliary tumors is an important part of the teaching of digestive system pathology,a key teaching content of the pathology teaching of the department of liver and biliary science,and also a necessary medical education for pathologists after standardized training of general practitioners and on the basis of having mastered certain histomorphology diagnosis.This paper emphasizes the necessity of deepening students'understanding of immunohistochemistry technology,starting from the immunohistochemistry markers of hepatocyte differentiation to the immunohistochemistry characteristics of benign and malignant hepatic space occupying lesions and the key points of their differential diagnosis,and explores and summarizes a set of effective comparative memory teaching models and methods.In the short term,it is hoped to improve the theoretical level of the application of immunohistochemistry and the surgical pathologic diagnosis of hepatobiliary diseases.
