摘  要:利用元分析方法,探讨共享领导与团队绩效之间的相互关系与潜在的影响因素。研究分析了共享领导对团队绩效的影响,并分别检验了情境因素和方法因素的调节作用。研究结果表明:共享领导对团队绩效具有显著的正向影响,调节效应检验表明关联强度受文化差异和测量工具影响,不受行业类型和数据属性影响。进一步运用MASEM模型检验知识分享在共享领导促进团队绩效提升的中介作用,结果表明,知识分享在共享领导和团队绩效之间发挥了部分中介作用。研究对文献样本进行了量化分析,有助于理解共享领导与团队绩效的关系,为追求团队绩效提升的管理者拓展思路,提供决策支持。This paper uses the meta-analysis method to explore the relationship between shared leadership and team performance as well as the potential influencing factors.It analyzes the influence of shared leadership on team performance,and examines the moderating effects of situational and methodological factors respectively.The results show that shared leadership has a significant positive impact on team performance.The moderating effect test shows that the association strength is affected by cultural differences and measurement tools,but is not affected by industry type and data attributes.The MASEM model is further used to test the mediating role of knowledge sharing in the enhancement of team performance by shared leadership.The results show that knowledge sharing plays a partial mediating role between shared leadership and team performance.The quantitative study of literature samples helps to understand the relationship between shared leadership and team performance,and provide administrators seeking to improve team performance with expanded perspectives and decision-making support.
