摘 要:开展游戏化教学评价是推动幼儿园“以游戏为基本活动”理念落实的重要环节,是教师理解儿童需求、支持儿童发展的重要凭借。当前我国幼儿园游戏化教学评价体系建构不完善,教师评价素养不高,缺乏幼儿对评价的主体性参与。幼儿园应重视评价的诊断和改进功能,通过建立完善的评价体系、提升教师评价素养、开发评价工具等方式推动游戏化教学评价的常态化和科学化开展。Gamified teaching evaluation is an important link to promote the implementation of the concept of games as basic activities in kindergartens,and an important means for teachers to understand children's needs and support children's development.At present,the construction of gamification teaching evaluation system in kindergartens in China is inadequate,teachers' evaluation quality is not high,and children's participation in evaluation is lacking.Kindergartens should attach importance to the diagnosis and improvement function of evaluation,and promote the normalization and scientific development of gamified teaching evaluation by establishing an adequate evaluation system,improving teachers' evaluation literacy and developing evaluation tools.
