摘 要:终身学习理念及其教育实践在国际社会得到了广泛传播与接纳。我国也确立了构建全民终身学习教育体系的目标,但其制度路径仍有待厘清、制度实践尚需拓展和完善。基于新制度主义社会学分析框架,世界主要国家终身教育体系建构的制度比较与分析可提供一定借鉴。研究发现,各国终身学习教育体系的构建,均根植于其国家的价值传统,且生发于不同的制度领域。因此,我国构建服务全民的终身学习教育体系,可从我国的价值传统出发,在制度路径和运行机制方面展开制度设计。The idea of lifelong learning and its educational practice are widely disseminated and accepted in the international community.China has also established the goal of building a national education system of lifelong learning for the whole people.However,its institutional path still needs to be clarified,and its institutional practice needs to be expanded and improved.Based on sociological analysis framework of new institutionalism,this paper makes institutional comparison and analysis of the construction of lifelong education system in major countries in the world,which can provide some reference.It is found that the construction of the education system of lifelong learning is rooted in their own value tradition and originated in different institutional fields in various countries.Therefore,this paper puts forward an institutional conception of building a education system of lifelong learning serving the whole people in China,which can start from China's value tradition,and carry out institutional design in terms of institutional path and operational mechanism.
