摘　　要：教育质量的高低直接影响一个国家的未来与发展。俄罗斯作为世界大国之一,也是一个教育大国,其教育体系的发展和成就值得关注。本文以俄教育部领导人在第二届“塑造未来”教育部部长国际论坛上的主旨发言为主线,重点介绍俄罗斯教育的发展现状与成就,具体包括俄罗斯在基础教育、职业教育、补充教育、对外教育合作等方面的举措和成果。The quality of education directly affects the future and development of a country.Russia is one of the world major countries and an educational powerhouse.Hence,the developments and achievements of its education system deserve special attention.The paper,based on the keynote speech delivered by the leader of the Ministry of Education of Russian Federation at the Second International Forum of Education Ministers with the theme of“Shaping the Future”,provides a detailed examination of the current state and achievements of Russian education,including measures and accomplishments in preschool education,basic education,vocational education,supplementary education,and international educational cooperation.
