构建高职高效课堂以实现“管理学基础”教学优化的策略研究

摘  要:随着社会的快速发展和经济的不断进步,高职教育在我国教育体系中的地位日益凸显。作为培养高素质技能型人才的重要基地,高职院校肩负着为社会输送合格人才的重任。然而,当前高职教育中仍存在一些亟待解决的问题。特别是在“管理学基础”这类理论与实践并重的课程中,如何构建高效课堂、优化教学成为摆在教育者面前的紧迫课题。本文将从教学内容、方法和评价三个方面入手,探讨如何构建高职高效课堂,优化“管理学基础”教学,以期为高职“管理学基础”课程的教学改革提供有益的参考。With the rapid development of society and continuous economic progress,the position of vocational education in China's educa⁃tion system is increasingly prominent.As an important base for cultivating high-quality skilled talents,vocational colleges shoulder the responsibility of delivering qualified talents to society.However,there are still some urgent issues that need to be addressed in current voca⁃tional education.Especially in courses such as"Fundamentals of Management"that emphasize both theory and practice,how to build effi⁃cient classrooms and optimize teaching has become an urgent issue for educators.This article will explore how to build an efficient class⁃room in higher vocational education and optimize the teaching of"Management Fundamentals"from three aspects:teaching content,meth⁃ods,and evaluation,in order to provide useful references for the teaching reform of"Management Fundamentals"courses in higher voca⁃tional education.
