摘  要:在大班规模教学短期内无法改变,以学生为中心教学模式尚需进一步建构的语境下,基于分配正义的分层教学着眼全体又兼顾学生个性,设计教学目标梯度又考虑教学内容层次,驾驭教学空间又兼具对话效果,必然成为落实以学生为中心的教育理念的重要路径。对学生进行潜在分层、对教学目标进行合理分层、对教学过程进行科学分层、对学生考核进行多样分层有利于提升大班教学的效果,有利于人才培养质量的提升。As large-class teaching cannot be changed in the short term and the student-centered teaching model needs to be further constructed,stratified teaching based on distributive justice will inevitably become an important path to implementing the student-centered concept by focusing on the whole and taking into account the individuality of students,designing the gradient of teaching objectives and considering the level of teaching content,and controlling the teaching space and having a dialogue effect.The potential stratification of students,the reasonable stratification of teaching objectives,the stratification of problems in the teaching process,and the diverse stratification of assessment methods are conducive to improving the effect of large class teaching and improving the quality of talent training.
