摘 要:新生代教师是教师队伍分化出来的一个新群体,并随着教师队伍的代际更替而日益成为教师队伍的中坚力量。为绘就新生代教师的群体样貌,学界开展了新生代教师群体的相关研究,但成果数量相对较少,通过关键词共现可视化分析发现,其研究主要集中在新生代教师的判定依据与特质、新生代教师的工作状态、新生代乡村教师的身份认同、新生代乡村教师队伍建设的问题与对策研究4个领域。面向未来,还需阐释新生代教师“新”的时代意蕴,厘清新生代教师的群体结构及其异质性,关注新生代乡村教师的乡村社区融入。New generation teachers,as a new group that has emerged from the differentiation of the teaching staff,has gradually become the backbone with the intergenerational replacement of the teaching staff.In order to depict the appearance of new generation teachers,the academic community has conducted relevant researches on it,but the number of achievements is relatively small.Through visual analysis of keyword co-occurrence,the authors find that,researches mainly focus on four areas:the criteria and characteristics for the judgment of new generation teachers,the working status of new generation teachers,the identity recognition of new generation rural teachers,and the problems and countermeasures for the construction of the new generation rural teacher team.Looking towards the future,it is necessary to elucidate the contemporary significance of the new generation teachers,clarify the group structure and heterogeneity of the new generation teachers,and pay attention to the integration of the new generation rural teachers into rural communities.
