摘 要:教育实践能力是师范生从事教师职业的必备能力之一,是师范生专业成长和发展的重要基础,目前新建本科院校师范生教育实践能力的培养正面临培养机制上重理论轻实践、支持体系上重形式轻内容、高校与实践基地的合作浅层化等困境,基于此,师范生教育实践能力的培养应该形成以实践为导向的教师教育课程体系,提升师范生实践性知识的生成;加强双师指导,建立反思实践行为的支持体系;建立教师教育共同体,实现教师教育一体化。Educational practice ability is one of the necessary abilities for normal students to engage in the teaching profession.It is an important basis for normal students′professional growth and development.At present,there are some difficulties in the cultivation of normal students′educational practice ability in newly-built undergraduate colleges,such as emphasizing theory over practice in the training mechanism,emphasizing form over content in the support system,shallow cooperation between colleges and practice base.Based on this,the cultivation of normal students′educational practice ability should form a practical-oriented teacher education curriculum system,promoting the generation of practical knowledge of normal students;strengthening the dual teacher guidance and establishing a support system for reflection on practical behavior;establishing teacher education community and realizing the integration of teacher education.
