摘  要:目的:本研究旨在探讨基于产教融合的计算机科学与技术专业“双师型”教师队伍建设策略,以提升高等教育质量、促进产教深度融合,并推动教师队伍发展。研究重点在于明确“双师型”教师的内涵,分析其在产教融合背景下的重要性,并提出针对性的建设策略;方法:首先,分析梳理“双师型”教师的内涵。其次,结合产教融合的背景,分析计算机科学与技术专业“双师型”教师建设在高等教育中的重要性。最后,从深化校企合作,共建产业学院,明确梯次发展,改革考核方式等四个方面,提出具体的建设策略。结果:“双师型”教师建设策略可以持续提升队伍能力,提高高等教育质量。Objective:This study aims to explore the strategy ofbuilding a"dual qualified"teaching team for computer science and technology majors based on the integration of industry and education,in order to improve the quality of higher education,promote the deep integration of industry and education,and promote the development of the teaching team.The research focuses on clarifying the connotation of"dual qualified"teachers,analyzing their importance in the context of industry education integration,and proposing targeted construction strategies;Method:Firstly,analyze and sort out the connotation of"dual qualified"teachers.Secondly,in the context of the integration of industry and education,analyze the importance of building"dual qualified"teachers in computer science and technology majors in higher education.Finally,specific construction strategies are proposed from four aspects:deepening school enterprise cooperation,jointly building industrial colleges,clarifying hierarchical development,and reforming assessment methods.Result:The"dual qualified"teacher construction strategy can continuously improve the team's ability and enhance the quality of higher education.
