摘  要:文章以湘西北小学的教师群体作为研究对象,重点分析当地小学教师队伍职业成就感的现状,并通过实地调研分析当地小学教师职业成就感普遍不高的主要原因,从教学正念、人格特质、社会支持、教师自我效能感四个方面探讨小学教师的职业成就感,在此基础上提出提高教师职业成就感的有效措施。研究结果为解决湘西北小学教师职业成就感不高这一问题提供理论借鉴与参考,同时进一步细化对职业成就感领域的研究,为完善教师职业成就感理论体系提供典型样本。The article takes the teacher group of primary schools in northwest Hunan as the research object,focusing on analyzing the current situation of professional achievement of the local primary school teacher team.Through field research,the main reasons for the generally low professional achievement of local primary school teachers are analyzed,and the professional achievement of primary school teachers is explored from four aspects:teaching mindfulness,personality traits,social support,and teacher self-efficacy.Based on this,effective measures to improve teachers'professional achievement are proposed.The research results provide theoretical reference and guidance for solving the problem of low professional achievement among primary school teachers in northwest Hunan,and further refine the research in the field of professional achievement,providing typical samples for improving the theoretical system of teacher professional achievement.
