摘  要:“岗课赛证”综合育人是2021年全国职业教育大会提出的新要求,是新时代职业教育改革的重要方向,是提高学生职业素养和实践能力的现实需要。当前,高职旅游管理专业人才培养存在培养目标定位偏差、实践教学模式陈旧、人才质量评价模式单一、技能实践平台不足等现实问题。为促进高职旅游管理专业高质量发展,应大力构建“岗课赛证”融合育人新模式,即构建基于工作岗位的“岗课融合”课程体系、“课赛融合”的教学模式、“课证融合”的教学体系,以及“岗课赛证”相结合的人才培养质量评价体系,以此提升高职旅游管理专业的教学效果,提高旅游人才培养质量。The comprehensive education of"job course competition certificate"is a new requirement put forward by the 2021 National Vocational Education Conference,an important direction of vocational education reform in the new era,and a practical need to improve students'professional literacy and practical ability.At present,there are practical problems in the talent cultivation of vocational tourism management majors,such as deviation in training objectives,outdated practical teaching models,single quality evaluation of talents,and insufficient skill practice platforms.In order to promote the high-quality development of vocational tourism management majors,we should vigorously build a new model of"job course competition certificate"integrated education,that is,to construct a"job course integration"curriculum system based on job positions,a"course competition integration"teaching model,a"course certificate integration"teaching system,and a talent cultivation quality evaluation system combining"job course competition certificate",in order to improve the teaching effectiveness of vocational tourism management majors and enhance the quality of tourism talent cultivation.
