摘 要:为优化永磁同步电机的控制性能和增强其抗扰动能力,提出了一项设计方案,将非奇异快速终端滑模控制与扰动观测器相融合,并设计速度控制器,从而增强系统的稳定性和响应速度。设计了一个具有非奇异特性的终端滑模面,以确保在每个阶段误差都能够迅速收敛。为了有效应对外部负载转矩对系统性能造成的影响,设计了一种扰动观测器,能够实时监测外部负载转矩,并将观测到的扰动即时补偿到速度控制器的输出端。通过仿真分析表明:所提控制方法具有出色的鲁棒性,能够显著提高电机的响应速度,提高了系统的动态性能。To optimize the control performance of permanent magnet synchronous motors and enhance their anti-interference ability,a design scheme is proposed,which integrates non singular fast terminal sliding mode control with disturbance observer,and designs a speed controller to enhance the stability and response speed of the system.A terminal sliding surface with non singular characteristics was designed to ensure rapid convergence of errors at each stage.In order to effectively address the impact of external load torque on system performance,this paper designs a disturbance observer.This observer can monitor the external load torque in real time and compensate the observed disturbance in real-time to the output of the speed controller.The cleverness of this strategy lies in avoiding the problem of high computational complexity,thereby overcoming the potential chattering problem that may occur in the system under disturbance.Through simulation and experimental verification,it has been proven that the proposed control method has excellent robustness,can significantly improve the fast response of the motor,and enhance the dynamic performance of the system.
